Cinda Baxter is on a mission to save Main Street America.

Melissa Little, who took the position in August, has an MBA from Butler University and extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management.  She lives in Cicero but has strong ties to Sheridan as her husband, Brad, is a Sheridan HS graduate. They have 5 children, ages 17, 7, 6, 4 and 3. We spoke to her by email after a few days on the job.
